The Equirelief is loved by my horse, but better directions on its use is vital for proper care when applying a session. The tiny 2 page pamphlet does not give any directions and is lacking so much! Improving this would help sales!

My TB is 22 yrs old & is starting to have problems in his hind end, most likely arthritis says the vet. He loved the first massage he got but then the machine died completely. We were both very sad! I emailed Ashley and received a replacement a week later. I do daily sessions and it is definitely helping. Fingers crossed I don't wear out this machine. This was an excellent customer service experience!
