EquireliefReviews of equirelief.com

Seriously think twice about purchasing from here. I bought the back pad from here. The item came looking like it had been dropped kicked across a yard and trampled on. For the price it should be secured in an outbox properly, Parts were missing from the box and it gives off electric shocks, been told not to switch it on, but to switch it on to do a video of proof? Since I’ve asked to return it for a refund. All contact has ceased. Honestly worst company ever.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! My fiancé ordered this for my animal chiropractic business over 2 months ago. They mentioned having issues with the delivery and getting people refunds. I sent a message about how this was unacceptable and he needed to be refunded immediately. They stated they were working on the matter this was 5/18, over a month later we still haven’t received a refund or a device. I would NOT waste your money on this company! You can get these type of machines on Amazon and people say they are better! Don’t even waste your time! I’m so angry and I don’t know if we will EVER see our money back!

This is a scam, never received the massager and had to go through bank to be refunded.

Hello I am following up on my refund for order ER10901F. I have already provided my PayPal email address, but I have still not received confirmation that the refund has been processed. Since the shipment issue remains unresolved, I expect the refund to be completed without further delay. Please confirm today when the refund has been processed. Best regards, Kristine Krænge, Denmark

We are still waiting for our product or a refund please, going back to 10/4

I haven’t received my product, and it’s been over a month since I ordered it!

Never arrived. Never responded when I asked about it. Do not order from this company.

DO NOT BUY - I ordered my equirelief in late Dec 25 and after waiting until late January sent them an email to ask where it was, apparently there was difficulties with delivery, but i would get it soon. I then sent another email to ask where my product receivedas they then sent me an email to say I could have a refund or I could take 2 other options, I chose I of the options which was supposed to be sent out on the 3rd March by March 21st I asked for a refund, apparently that was sent on the 27th March and I have still not recieved it.
