It’s a nice and clean place to workout. Not cheap, but nice.

After being a member for 3.5 years, I took a class from an instructor that early on I felt was a bully. He was a last-minute substitute and I decided that I was not going to be intimitated. Well, he behaved quite inappropriately and I reported him to management. I was told they had a zero-tolerance policy and that this matter would be taken very seriously. After he was advised of the report, he retaliated to me on social media sending me threatening messages. The screen shot of these messages were sent to management and, again, I was told that they had a zero-tolerance policy and this matter would be taken very seriously as he was now under review. I was stunned to find out that after these two allegations and having been placed on review that Equinox allowed to continue to teach pending the outcome of that review. I tried contact corporate but they close ranks. After speaking to the same man at corporate over two consecutive days, he backpeddaled what he originally told me and refused to advise their corporate policy on this situation. This was afetr he offered his suggestion for me to change clubs. I told him this instructor taught at all local locations. Ultimately, the review (whicvh proably never happened) determined that he was allowed to stay employed and teach. I cancelled my membership on the spot. I have found numerous articles about similar situations but most members have their membership revoked and are then banned for life. I'm guessing they did not do that to me because I made if very clear that I would cancel my membership if they allowed him to stay employed. Terrible company with a terrible culture.

Highly recommend the all access destination pass! I use it a lot while I'm traveling for work.

I love their classes in NYC at Columbus Circle. Great trainers and great classes. The bathrooms are also great and nobody can beat Kohl's products.

Overpriced overated. Nothing special. Sadly, The classes are not the draw for this gym anymore.

Disgusting place, terrible management, stuck up members (no, its not a kensington thing) and a brothel, to say the least. The new manager walks around thinking he's the bees knees but does bugger all. I won't be returning post-lockdown, as desperate as I am to use a gym again.
