Extremely satisfied! Within 3 weeks of me sending out my broken monitor, equinox had sent out a new one and had kept me updated on the proccess throughout! Customer service was amazing! 5 stars!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this spa. The staff was incredibly rude, shamed me repeatedly FOR TRYING A TESTER of moisturizers - it was the most bizarre experience. The therapist never apologized—in fact, she rolled her eyes at me, which was extremely unprofessional. She bolted over, chastised me for using the tester with my finger, and told me that "people check with the front desk before using the testers," which made no sense. When I suggested they put up clearer signage or lower the testing "sticks" to eye level, she rudely said she needed to "speak with her boss about what to do." Despite apologizing profusely (for trying a tester???) the staff's demeanor remained condescending. No one from the spa followed up on my complaint, and when I contacted management at the gym - their response was dismissive, stating they had "heard the spa's side," which only diminished my experience further. This incident is not isolated; my daughter also had a poor experience recently when the spa opened late, and the massage therapist left during her treatment saying "I don't feel well." The management's response was similarly inadequate with "oh wow, super sorry," and no further action or follow-up to ensure better experiences for other guests. Given these repeated issues and the lack of appropriate response from both the spa and customer service, I cannot recommend this spa to others.

First a positive, I love many of their classes. Stacked is incredible and there are some specific trainers at various locations where I have been who have amazing energy. I’m also a big fan of the chilled eucalyptus towels. Conversely, I was formerly a fan of their decades long partnership with Kiehls that recently came to an end. It has been replaced with a highly perfumed product. I don’t want to put perfumed products on my face and I don’t know anyone else who does either. This is why face moisturizers and the like are so rarely scented. I provided this feedback to the woman at the front desk at the Coral Gables, FL location and she went on a persnickety rant about how “everyone” loves it, it’s healthier, more natural and has received tons of positive feedback. It felt forced (she was annoyed by my feedback) and I doubt that’s true, so I just wanted to put it out there that the change has, in fact, been met with mixed reviews. It was enough to prompt me to move forward with putting my family on the waiting list for Lifetime around the corner.

It's an excellent gym that offers a diverse range of classes, and if you happen to be in NYC, you can access several of its locations. However, it's noticeably pricier than other gyms. If you have the money, then it's a fantastic experience, but if not, a regular gym would do just fine.

They support customers harassing and bothering other paying customers and dont want to address the situation… would NOT recommend…

Pretty soon Equinox gym is going to have millions crying for a boycott after seeing your gym be provided video proof of sexual harassment from an NY judge to multiple female customers and the gym refuses to even just ban the judge. Gym is about to become “Bud Light Gym”

Stayed at the new Hudson yards hotel over xmas, a fantastic hotel with great amenities, easy location, lovely views and helpful staff. Will be back.
