eProvidedReviews of eprovided.com

I lost a SD card full of photos from a Vacation. eProvided was able to get all my photos back from the trip! It was affordable and the personnel was very helpful, not to mention it was done in a matter of days! I recommend and would not hesitate to use this company again in the future. William Richardson

I dropped my flash drive out of my pocket while pulling out my keys. I went to download the work files that I accumulated over the week, and they weren't there. I found eProvided through a Google search and sent them my flash drive that same day. I followed the status of the recovery on line through their email updates. Once the initial recovery failed, they were able to recover the files using an Advanced method. My only concern was the pricing that customer service initially offered...make sure you have an idea of how much your lost data is worth to you and weigh that against the pricing that is offered to you. If it's too high, then tell them to see what they can do... I would recommend eProvided to a friend! Kevin H.

The only critique I would have is how they market their pricing structure. The pricing they offer is not what I ended up paying; it was more. However, I still think the price was "FAIR" and I am "VERY" satisfied with the service and the recovery. They did everything they suggested they would do and did it in a timely manner. I would use them again without reservation....PERIOD! Greg Kirby Sr.

Customer service is excellent. They explained every step to me. Ultimately, all of my data was retrieved. Thanks. for retrieving critical data.

I sent in an unreadable usb memory stick that was getting hot when plugged in. They were able to recover most if not all my files. Very professional, good customer service, kept me informed as to the progress they were making. A plus was being able to talk to a person if needed during the process. Would definitely recommend their service

16 Gigabite USB Memory stick was not readable or detectable. Checked in a few different computers and it was the same .We got a local computer technician to check it out. He said its done for and data is lost. There was aproximate 5 gigabite of data on unit.He said it is a solid state unit so there is no way to recover data.I was not quite ready yet to give up that all my data would be lost as some of data was on USB only and not on any computer.I started doing some research on the web and found a few different data recovery companys . eProvided seemed to be the most confident of a good recovery.Data was not recoverable with a basic recovery so advanced recovery had ot be done. Great success at recovering data.Eprovided has saved me a lot of extra work to get things back to point where data was lost. Thanks for all your help and would recommend you to anyone with lost data. > Ivan

The service provided by eprovided.com was competent, timely and courteous, I would recommend them.

Several of weeks ago I stayed up late at night doing some work on my laptop. I felt a little tired so I took a break from the laptop and decided to take a nap. I left the laptop with my usb flashdrive in it on the corner of my bed...awful idea! After I took a short nap I realized that I had knocked my laptop off the bed. My laptop landed on the side with the usb flash drive in it and my usb flash drive had broken into pieces! My laptop was fine but I was really concerned about my usb flashdrive bcse I had NEVER broken it before. I also had a lot of important docs and personal info on it. I basically thought I had lost a lot of my important personal info forever! I did NOT know where to turn so I decided to research the internet. I looked through several websites and narrowed my search to several companies, however I still wasn't sure which of these companies would be the one for the job. A lot of these companies promised to do great work, but I was a little skeptical. I have a personal friend who is good with computers and has his own computer consulting business so I decided to let him assist me in making my decision. Based on all the info provided he told me in his opinion the company to go with was with eProvided. Since he knows what he's talking about and I respect his opinion I agreed with him. I then sent my damaged usb flashdrive to e-provided. When it arrived they let me know right away and then told me they would try the basic recovery process in order to fix it. That did NOT work so they gave me several options to fix it. At first the prices they mentioned I thought were outrageous, but when I took the time and looked on their website it did mention those same prices. However they decided to work with me and we found common ground and worked out a reasonable price for the repair. The communication process throughout was crystal clear for the most part and they always followed up with me throughtout every step of the repair process so we would be on the same page. If I had any questions they were very knowledgable professionals and answered all of them. I was very suprised at how quickly they recovered my data bcse I was expecting it to take much longer. I'm thankful that eProvided recovered my data and because they did I know they were the right company for the job!! If I ever have this problem again I know whom I will go to or recommend. However I hope I learned my lesson & be more careful in the future. Thank you eProvided on a job well done! PS: I also thank Davor the specialist expert for helping me every step of the way!
