I really thought I had lost all my files. My USB flash drive broke while I was taking it out of my laptop. Two different companies weren't able to help me recover my files. Thank God I was looking online and found eProvided. I mailed them the broken flash drive, and a couple days later I was contacted with the results. They were fast and reliable; I didn't have to pay a penny until all my files had been recovered. I was going to have to create the files again since as a Teacher I use them for instruction. I could not say enough great things about eProvided. The entire process was extremely simple and affordable. As soon as my flash drive arrived at the facility I began to get email updates on the work/service being completed. The process to get my USB to them was easy. I been receiving email updates about the status of my USB and once I gave them call they were able to recover my data within hours! EProvided successfully recovered my thumb drive. I mistakenly damaged the drive when my laptop fell to the floor. The thumb drive was in the laptop and it bent. I was afraid I would lose all those years of data in the drive along with digital photos of my family and important documents I had saved through the years.
