Please DO NOT!!! have EPIK.COM manage any of your DOMAIN if you ever want to get it back. The customer service is a joke and they dont care that a company is not able to communicate for almost a week. If you have your Domain under epik then I would advise you to move is a fast as you can. I have never seen a company if you want to call it that, that is so unprofessional.

Rob A. was fantastic. He knew what the problem was right off the bat. He is a real problem solver and a great asset to Epik. Ekip is the real deal.

The interface was different and a bit confusing to me at first but the fast response Customer Service Agent (Monique) was amazing

Have been a client of theirs for several years and I find them very easy to deal with, always extremly responsive, and greatly helpful. Today was good example; had a query over a small matter which was resolved within 2 minutes and helped me transfer a domain to them (took some of the minutia of the transfer process off me) and got it all done within about 10 minutes. Thanks Sam today but actually all the staff I've dealt with over the years.
