Epik is the absolute best! I am a "newbie" and frequently have difficulties setting things up -- customer service is there all the time to walk me through or help me fix everything I've messed up. I would have given up on my website a long time ago had I not had access to the support.

Chose Epik because of their stance on Free speech for a Wordpress site. Nelson was great in getting it moved over to their servers and getting everything up and running. Unfortunately pretty quickly I started experiencing technical issues with the site crashing or slowing to a crawl with page load times over a minute. The first time the whole site crashed for 1½ days because of a mistake they had made on their side, I was offered a 10 usd discount on my next month - which seemed rather weak given that I lost a lot more business than that. The problems have just continued ever since, and in this first month I had had nopthing but problems, so now finding a new host again.

Customer service at Epik is wonderful. I'm just an end-user trying to be the family IT, and they are always friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. My issues may actually be minor, but if I can't fix it it's major. They always come throught. Also, I think their pricing is very good (domain registrar and email hosting is what I use).

The dashboard has lots of features and customer support is great, I am very happy I switched to Epik from a different domain registrar that kept trying to oversell me products I don´t need, no such problem in Epik.
