Good customer service and product

Finding out that my well water was three times the legal /allowable standard of PFOA & PFOS, I promptly ordered the Epic Water Nano Gallon Filtration system. I am extremely happy that I made the decision to purchase this product. After 24 years of drinking water from my well (1 gallon/day) I was horrified to see the levels of the forever chemicals I had been consuming. DHEC performed the tests and provided me with a One Drop Pitcher. This however didn't provide the elimination of these forever chemicals. I am so happy to be drinking water knowing these chemicals are reduced by 98.9%. So glad I made this decision.

Amazing customer service. Have now used for 3 years and anytime I’ve had an issue they have resolved. Stock does seem to move quick these days but I assume that’s down to more people being savvy with their water. Will continue to use going forward.

Ordered the Epic Nano water pitcher and spare filter in May. It's now July and I still haven't received it (in the UK). Numerous emails sent to which the replies are very wishy washy and tell you no detail, what the problem is or when it'll be sorted. Fingers crossed it arrives soon, but judging by other reviews, I doubt it will. Edit (5/10/26): Pitcher arrived and I've been a loyal customer ever since. I even take it with me on holiday! I think they now have a UK distribution centre which speeds things up. Replies are also timely and not stock answers. So, even though the original review was accurate, they've definitely redeemed themselves in my opinion.

This is an excellent filter - well-designed so the tap is low down and the water doesn’t sit at the base like some other filters. Easy to store and to use.
