Good filters but they exclude non-members from recycling Epic filters
Well, I love the taste of the water in my pitcher using these filters, but I am so disappointed that this company seems to prioritize profits. I have been saving my filters to recycle but they will only take them as a member of The Clean Water subscription club. You would think a company that is environmentally focused and charges A LOT for these filters would do the right thing and take back anybody's Epic filters. Bad business and I am really disappointed.

Hi, usually it is simply easier for us to keep track of customers this way so we're able to send the free filter you get from recycling your filters. I understand why having to sign up can be frustrating. I know it's a bit annoying, but you can sign up to recycle your filters and then cancel your subscription, as you can cancel anytime. When you're part of the Clean Water Club, you also get 15% off filters and free shipping.
