I purchased my picture for my wife for Mother’s Day from my children. I was guaranteed delivery by Mother’s Day. The company did not confirm my address for sending the picture and got my old address some how and sent it there. I asked as soon as they sent a dispatch notice when I saw the address was wrong and was told that there is nothing they can do. It’s now been 3 weeks and no picture. And it was delivered to the old address 2 days after Mother’s Day. Customer service were very slow in getting back to me so I had no time to buy a replacement gift, and therefore spoiling Mother’s Day for my wife and kids. Not happy

I had a picture made of my mother in law who is no longer with us and one of our wedding pictures and had her put in it fory husband for his birthday he loved it thank you again it was 10 times better in person
