Absolute garbage, I set up a family account a while back so I agreed to being charged 25 per month. For the last year I have been double charged and I have written to them 2 times to get a refund and they will not respond back to me. Do not sign up here unless you want to be scammed

Deceptive business practices and…
Deceptive business practices and illegal charges.
These guys are trying to charge me 1 year after I requested cancelation multiple times on the phone and in person. Every-time they tell me it's canceled and you will be refunded but then they bill me again.
Be aware!! If you give them your credit card, you will be charged for life!

Prey on special needs adults
My autistic foster adult wanted to go to the gym with the membership i bought her. She went to the gym with an ILS (independent living service) worker, similar to someone who baby sits someone with developmental and intellectual disability. My foster adult who is still a ward of the state went with a regional center service provider to get a buddy pass so she can attend the gym with her. My foster adult stated she was told her membership comes with 2 free personal training sessions. A week ago she comes to me and states her account is locked and the 400$ of ssdi social security receives was gone. I asked her why she was being charged for eos if i pay for her pass and that she was being charged alot of money. She is unable to read and write, and can only spell her name. EOS stated she signed up for a 4-6 month 400$ personal training membership. I informed them she doesn't even know how to read, let alone not capable of signing a contract and understanding what she is signing. EOS said if she can come to the gym herself she can sign the contract, plus the ils service member was with her and they figured that was her caretaker. I offerered to show medical proof and legal documentation, and they stated they were still going to charge her. This is really sad and preditory. I am going to have to see if the courts can get her out of this contract that she is unable to comprehend. Even with me offering to provide proof of her mental capacity, they shut it down and stated it was the decision of Robert Cadgiano. Shame on EOS, lock an autistic adult, ward of the state that cannot read or write and allow them to sign a contract without thinking twice.

A Known Error. Three Months in Collections. And EōS Still Calls It Resolved.
A Known Error. Three Months in Collections. And EōS Still Calls It Resolved.
Due to the unfortunate passing of a family member, I experienced financial hardship and my EōS membership lapsed for a few months. As soon as I was able to get back to some sense of normalcy, I went to the Temecula Parkway location, paid my entire past-due balance, and re-signed for a membership that allowed me to use EōS locations throughout the country so I could get back to focusing on my health and fitness.
For nearly three months afterward, I was repeatedly stopped at check-in over a balance I had already paid. Managers repeatedly acknowledged there was an error in EōS's system and repeatedly assured me it would be corrected. Yet virtually every time I returned, I had to explain the same situation again.
Meanwhile, I continued receiving collection calls over a $125 EōS balance that had already been paid.
The final straw came at the Murrieta Hot Springs location, where I was denied entry because of that same account error. I explained the situation and asked for a manager but was told no manager was working. I left. After I had already driven halfway home, the front desk called after reviewing the notes on my account and told me I could return. By then, I wasn't turning around.
EōS management defended the repeated stops as employees "doing their due diligence." But due diligence should also include management correcting a known error after being made aware of it—not allowing a paying member to deal with the consequences for three months.
When I decided to leave, I contacted EōS corporate. Director of Member Experience Keith Elliott communicated with me by email. I requested cancellation at the end of my paid period. That request went unanswered for more than a week, so I had to go back to the Temecula Parkway location, where Operations Manager Randall Oliver finally processed my cancellation in person.
The collections issue is even more troubling. I was the one who contacted the collection agency, told them the balance had already been paid, and disputed the account. EōS later contacted the agency and confirmed what I had already told them. EōS now points to that contact and the eventual removal from collections as a resolution.
It is not a resolution for the damage already done.
Credit can take years to build and only months to damage. My account remained in collections for approximately three additional months while EōS failed to correct an error its own managers repeatedly acknowledged. Removing an account from collections three months after the fact does not erase the damage caused while it was in collections.
I filed a BBB complaint. EōS responded by emphasizing that the membership was canceled and the account removed from collections, without addressing my requested resolution concerning the credit consequences. The BBB ultimately closed the complaint as "Answered" while noting that I remained dissatisfied. So I am documenting my experience publicly.
My advice to anyone considering EōS: protect yourself. Keep every receipt, email, billing statement, and collection notice. Check your account carefully and monitor your credit. If EōS tells you an error will be fixed, do not assume that promise means it actually has been fixed. Verify it yourself.
I paid what I owed. EōS acknowledged its error. I still spent nearly three months dealing with the consequences. Consumers deserve to know that before trusting a company with automatic payments, billing information, and anything that could ultimately affect their credit.

EOS Fitness is about making money from you
EOS Fitness is about making money from you. Be careful with the welcome visit! If you say no to trying to enroll in a personal training class, they bring another person to try to convince you. Similar to being in a car dealership.
I tried to take my wife and could not even get a free pass for her. It was either me upgrading which I could not because the manager was not there or her getting another membership which does not make sense when my employer reimburses me for health and wellness.
These people care about how they can make money more than how they can help you have a good experience.

This company is horrible
This company is horrible, you try calling customer service to no available, go out of your way to visit the gym in person to fix a billing issue and the only only person that can help with that is on a 3 hour lunch, signed up for personal training and get billed 8 different times in 3 months, most of the staff is young(which is ok) but in a nutshell don’t give a damn,be careful which gym you sign up for, not this one, personally will never make this mistake again

Be very careful of these people
Be very careful of these people, the way they bill. I was double billed a month ago, as I changed my membership, contract said I would not be billed for a month, then billed again today the incorrect amount, have emailed corporate 3X, have talked to local club manager on Raintree, no response, no resolution, despite being told I would hear from a team member within 48 hours. No communication, no way to reach out other than what I have done, and they will not correct, credit me back for incorrect billing. Very frustrating, dunno what to do.
