Let's get the negative out of the way first: My Ensven took more than 3 weeks to arrive. I was told it would take 2 weeks.
Now to the positive: I sleep much better since using Ensven. My husband loves it too. What else? The pads look nice. The installation was OK. It wasn't really an installation, we just had to lift our bed, then slide the pads underneath and then press in the fence pieces to secure the legs to the pads. Ensven's customer service has been helpful the one time I had a question. So the only let down for me was the slow delivery. Aside from that, the bed rocker is a great product.

Almost as good as sleeping on a cruise ship
I'm an insomniac and have struggled with sleep since my teens. Then I was on a cruise last year, slept really well on the boat and then looked for a way to replicate the rocking sensation at home. The ensven rocker doesn't go up and down, it goes from side to side only. It's not quite as good as sleeping on a cruise ship, but it's pretty close. I'd give it 5 stars if the delivery would have been faster.

We initially got one as a present for my parents last Christmas. They love theirs. It arrived after Christmas though. Ours arrived last month. It's barely audible and the rocking motion is so soothing that I find it hard to keep my eyes open. I'm a bit of an insomniac and this thing may end up adding years to my life expectancy. We waited 2 weeks before they shipped and were a bit worried they had forgotten our order but it's all good now. We needed a few extra of the fence things for the platform, I asked them how to order, they instead sent them to us for free.

One star experience.
Delivery process was extremely slow and strange.
Instead of promised three weeks it took Ensven three months to deliver it. During these three months someone called Lisa Viani was dragging time by asking me to confirm delivery address again and again and sending me messages with ‘’ I've seen your package being packed, not sure why it’s not being sent out’’ etc.
I was very close to cancel my order and honestly, I regret I didn’t. Here is why.
First of all, the noise. The thing is loud, 60-75db on recommended settings, with spikes up to 100db. (60db is approximately the working sound of your hoover btw. For optimal sleep, the level inside your house at night should not exceed 30dB. ) So it’s bad. To make matters worse, it made even louder cranking noise just before stopping. That’s the time when one supposed to be lulled into sleep.
Secondly: vibrations. In spite of using a long straight edge and tape measure to make the pads strictly parallel, the vibrations were felt. Definitely not sleep inducing, so say it mildly.
Thirdly, one is supposed to connect through wifi to ensven’s web ‘’app’’ to control the active pad.
When it’s done like that, you can’t use your phone for anything else. I love to listen audio books in bed, but with this set up it wasn’t possible. A minor thing in comparison to the two previous ones but still annoying and unnecessary clumsy imo.
To sum up, I really wonder how on earth anybody would assume that gadget like this would improve sleep or help with insomnia. It general, it seems like good idea; to rock yourself into sleep, with some pretty solid science behind it, but in this case it stayed just that, the idea.
Frankly that thing can’t be used for this purpose.
And lastly, asking about the details regarding return, the communication with Lisa went cold. So much about the service side of things.

Ensven, Okay with torturing babies with disabilities.
I contacted Ensven over a year ago, desperately looking for a device that will rock my child (who has a rare genetic condition which includes the need to compulsively rock to the point of self harm every night).
I was in contact Lisa who guaranteed after going through extensive questioning with me about my childs needs, (for example how many times per minute she would rock, the weight of her bed...), that they would be able to modify one of THEIR Ensven units to finally help us.
I paid for the unit, in fact I paid for 2 (a regular one to help my quadraplegic father, because they are advertised so well and he has such difficulties sleeping)
I believed Lisa from Ensven and I prepared for this unit, finally thinking she and I will have the answer I had scoured the internet for so long for.
I waited.
I waited through 3 false alarms that I thought meant the unit was finally on its way over the course of an entire year.
I waited for many no replies to my emails about the status of the modified unit.
When it finally came after being made to feel like I had to harrass the company about the pain my child is in, over a year after ordering, the "modified unit" barely moved 20kgs (which is my child, and her bed put together) and did not do anything close to what Lisa promised.
It even makes loud computer noises like in space invaders when you take down an enemy as it struggles to move backwards and forwards and the app does not alter or change any settings on it whatsoever.
I have requested a refund and been completely ignored.
This company put me and my child through torture for a year, believing they had a solution that could help us that I WAITED FOR and took my money and I could have been looking somewhere else and probably found it in that time instead of believing in the snake oil they call Ensven.
I am disgusted and heartbroken they would do that to a sick and disabled baby and take advantage of a desperate mother and take her money when I just needed help.

Ensven - Avoid being ripped off and ghosted
Bought the bed rocker in January, very late arriving. The system didn't work on a carpet. The passive and active pads all moved during use. This means the system does not line up correctly. This makes it even more noisy and causes bed to fall off pads. I must mention the noise, it is not quiet. If you struggle with noise at night you will never ever be able to sleep with the noise. I returned item within their timelines. They only gave a partial refund and basically stalled the rest of refund until PayPal 30 day guarantee period ran out. Then they ghost you after 30 days. Total cost to me with postage, return postage and custom fees $800, amount refunded $400. They give start ups a bad name. Just avoid unless you want to loose $400 trying a system that is still a prototype and isn't ready for market yet.
