EnsvenReviews of ensven.com

Bed rocking puts me to and keeps me asleep very effectively. Delivery was reasonably quick and customer service is very helpful. The black colour of the pads looks very nice on my floor. Five stars. Why only a four star rating? It's not the company's fault but I really hate the trade war. I even sold my house in Florida because of it. No more snow birding. The tariffs Canada has imposed on US goods in response to the trade war added fifty dollars to the cost of the bed rocker I bought from Ensven. The company had told me in advance, they were helpful. I feel bad about it, but they are an American company so as a Canadian I want to send a message to the United States to end the trade war. I happily recommend the product, I'd rate the product itself at five stars.

It works very well. I am much more rested now. One small complaint I have is about customs and duties. Had the company reminded me of the Mexican IVA, I could have asked friends in the U.S. to receive the rocker in the U.S. and then bring it into Mexico as a personal item to save me some tax.

Let's get the negative out of the way first: My Ensven took more than 3 weeks to arrive. I was told it would take 2 weeks. Now to the positive: I sleep much better since using Ensven. My husband loves it too. What else? The pads look nice. The installation was OK. It wasn't really an installation, we just had to lift our bed, then slide the pads underneath and then press in the fence pieces to secure the legs to the pads. Ensven's customer service has been helpful the one time I had a question. So the only let down for me was the slow delivery. Aside from that, the bed rocker is a great product.

I'm an insomniac and have struggled with sleep since my teens. Then I was on a cruise last year, slept really well on the boat and then looked for a way to replicate the rocking sensation at home. The ensven rocker doesn't go up and down, it goes from side to side only. It's not quite as good as sleeping on a cruise ship, but it's pretty close. I'd give it 5 stars if the delivery would have been faster.
