My husband's a poor sleeper which affects me as well. Ensven's bed rocker made my husband's sleep much better. Less moving around, less waking up at night. Helps me too. We can sleep in the same bed more often. We're in the same state as the Ensven company. Delivery took less than a week. The modules are heavy and seem well built. They've performed without complaint so far.

I am retired now and after my husband recently passed away, I have been struggling to get enough sleep. It has been very hard to find rest. My doctor thinks I have PTSS, posttraumatic stress syndrome. He believes my my trouble with sleep is linked to that. He prescribed me sleeping pills but I found them to be too addictive. I asked him to help me find another way. This winter my son took me on a lovely cruise from Rotterdam to Norway to see the Northern lights. He hoped it it would help me take my mind of things, and it did. I actually slept really well in the cabin. I thought it might be the fresh sea air. As I was trying to find help with sleep I came across an article that mentioned how bed rocking could be helpful for people who have trouble sleeping. That reminded me of how well I slept in the cabin. I found two companies that sell bed rockers and decided on Ensven. I discussed the idea with my doctors and he told me to go ahead and try it. Apart form a low possibility of sea sickness, he can't see any harm coming from it. Since I didn't get sea sick on the cruise ship, I decided to try it. My son helped me put the order in in early May. I received it just last week. My son helped me put it up over the weekend. I've been using it every night this week and I have to say I'm sleeping much better. Including last night. The gentle rocking reminds me of the feeling I had sleeping in the cabin. There is also an App for the bed rocker, but I do not use it. My son set the Ensven up to rock for 8 hours. I just press the button to get it started. I've managed to sleep 8 hours once this week and about 7 the other nights. I don't have to worry about timing, I just let the Ensven finish by itself. I am so glad I decided to try this. It has been a relief to sleep better and I am feeling much better every day. I have hit the Ensven modules with my foot a few time walking around the bed. But it didn't hurt. It is just something to be aware of, maybe do not walk too close to the bed.

To start off with. The product and the company are very helpful. I first purchased an Ensven rocker two years ago. But we suddenly had to spend a lot on our house and had to sacrifice financially. So I cancelled the order. The company refunded me right away which was really helpful at the time. My sleep issues stayed with me, especially during the long summer days up here in Alberta. I ordered again this May. The company sent the parcel up via UPS. It arrived a few days later. My bed is too heavy for one person to lift but my hubby and a friend managed to do it together. Making the pads all parallel to each other took some time, maybe ten extra minutes until it was all done. We had some trouble with the App. The company explained to us that the App turns off after five minutes and that this is done on purpose. It can be turned on again by using the controller. It's actually in the manual, we just didn't read it properly. Once we had that figured out we were able to access the App. It has a simple section which can be used to turn rocking on and off. The advanced section has these sliders to adjust all kinds of settings. We wanted a really gentle experience and the company explained how to change the acceleration settings to achieve this. As for the purpose of the product, improving sleep. It does that, my hubby and I both love being rocked to sleep. It's very relaxing, it works. We keep the rocking motion going the whole night. I've even been able to nap on weekends. I haven't had a nap in years but with the side to side rocking I can nap. Amazing! The fabric on the pads gets dusty over time. I've had to clean the pads twice already using a vacuum. The black fabric sort of highlights hair and dust, maybe the company could use a different color, maybe gray? We have a Husky that sheds like crazy and the white hairs contrast perfectly with the black fabric so it's very visible. That's the case with all our flooring and furniture, except that we have nothing else that is black and shows it quite so clearly. Not to nag, I vacuum every other day anyway, but other color choices that black would be nice. It's still a nice looking device though, I've shown it to friends we had over and they complemented me on it.

My experience with the Ensven bed rocker is great because it helps me get more sleep. The company has been very helpful explaining things to me before I bought and helped me get things going after delivery. I've had mild to moderate problems with inadequate sleep for more than two decades now so I didn't mind waiting a couple of weeks for getting the item delivered. I've been to a sleep clinic where they hooked me up to sensors and recorded data during my sleep. They found that I spend very little time in deep sleep, and too much time in light or very light sleep. It's very easy to wake up from light sleep. Ensven solved my sleep problems overnight. I haven't had it tested yet, I assume the rocking motion results in more deep sleep and hence longer sleep overall. I don't know if it works for people with really bad sleep issues, problems worse than mine, but for me with my degree of sleep disturbances, it's working perfectly. Hence the five star review.

It works very well. I am much more rested now. One small complaint I have is about customs and duties. Had the company reminded me of the Mexican IVA, I could have asked friends in the U.S. to receive the rocker in the U.S. and then bring it into Mexico as a personal item to save me some tax.

5 stars despite the slow delivery. I waited nearly 4 weeks earlier this year to receive the product. The company said their inventory was depleted after the holidays. Regarding product performance, my Ensven makes a huge difference in my life as both the quantity and quality of my sleep have improved. My girlfriend likes it too. I had ordered only the basic system, but actually needed an extra pad. The company got that one to me within only a week and didn’t charge extra for shipping. So my feedback to the Ensven company is to keep doing what you are doing, you have a product that can help a lot of people, just deliver faster. Thanks.

I've had my Ensven bed rocker for 6 months now. It's very effective. When it's off, my mind wanders here and there, keeping me awake. That's my insomnia. When I turn my Ensven on and the motion starts I usually drift right off to sleep. My controller broke once. They sent me a new one right away. I'm happy.

We gave this bed rocker a try, hoping it would help with my sleep. But it didn't make any difference to me. My husband likes it, but he doesn't really have any sleep issues to begin with so for us personally the benefits are limited. We returned it for a refund. It's not a bad product, it just didn't do it for me.
