Kaufen von enphase.com war meine schlesteste Erfahrung bei online kaufen. Ganz schlechte Kundenservice... Nach die Kundenberatung habe ich 2 Produkte falsch bestellt, eine Retour ist nach 3 Wochen nicht erledigt. Nach eine Beschwerde hat sich niemand gemeldet mit eine Lösung, ich kann mit niemand von Store in Kontakt kommen. Lieber kauft man Enphase Produkte von einen anderen Anbieter!

This company lied when signing us up for installation assuring us we would only receive the solar panel bill monthly. Needless to say, we are receiving our regular FPL bill along with the solar bill. The app shows our panels produce roughly 6kwh and over 31kwh are imported. We have called and emailed many times only to be told the problem was corrected yet, I am still receiving my normal bill from FPL along with their solar bill. I am very unhappy and disappointed with this company and its service. What rights do we have when they LIE

Had a micro-inverter go out that was under warranty. Wrote to customer service who confirmed, yes, it was still under warranty. On April 27th - a month and a half ago - they said they were shipping us a new micro-inverter that week. Never received it. On May 5th they said they were shipping it that week. On May 17th they said they were shipping it that week. On May 31st they said they were shipping it that week. Never once did they send me a tracking number. I have yet to receive anything from them. Their inaction is literally costing me money, since my panel isn't producing energy. Absolutely unacceptable to tell me you're shipping something 4 times and lie about it.

Bonjour à tous, J'ai 60 Micro Onduleurs ENPHASE. Certains ne transmette rien. Je suis assez content du système. Mais je suis très mécontent du service de garantie et du service après vente. Je n'arrive pas à me faire remplacer les micros onduleurs défectueux.

Onduleur de qualité pitoyable qui tombe en panne au bout d'un mois. Arrêtez de critiquer les chinois quand vous faites tous faire en Chine La prochaine fois je prendrai sur aliexpress
