Wereldwijde storing in de app. Via community zeer veel klachten. Het probleem wordt zsm verholpen. Inmiddels meer dan 20 uur geen actuele gegevens. Informatie over oorzaak, stand van zaken, oplossing probleem, vergeet het maar. Geen enkele reactie behalve dank voor het geduld en de vraag om begrip. Wat een waardeloze service.

Extremely poor support. I have invested over $30k into Emphase and yet the system is not behaving as expected. With two batteries installed this should easily cover my power needs, however the system continues to draw from the grid instead of the battery. If I go off grid then the system behaves as expected. Emphases have not told me if this is hardware/software or an issue with installation. The support received is abysmal. Emails are unanswered and I am constantly having to call. Next stop ACCC.

Ecosolar installed the Enphase panels and once you have paid you will never see them again!! We paid around 13000 euros and when there is a problem nothing!!! Our neighbours are having exactly the same issues!! They blame it on the grid or the air conditioning but will not come out and look STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

On doit payer pour transférer le propriétaire, on peut pas reconnecter son "envoy" si il est déjà connecté à un autre profil. Le mode hors-ligne, point d'accès, passerelle (l'envoy créer juste un serveur web) est lent et ne fourni aucune info, si ce n'est que la production actuelle total, et la production cumulée depuis... on sait pas quand. On peut fouiller nous même dans l'api json, par exemple pour voir les infos sur nos N onduleurs, la batterie... : /inventory.json Bref on reste totalement dépendant d'enphase, repayer plusieurs fois leur logiciel... Sinon les panneaux ont l'air de bien fonctionner jusque maintenant.

De eerste maanden werkte alles zeer goed. Sinds de hogere temperaturen en veel zon slaan de omvormers altijd uit. Volgens installatiebedrijf Eco Solar Technics Spanje is het altijd de fout van fluctuaties op de grid????? Hulp van op afstand? Maar geen oplossing. De fabrikant antwoord op verzuchtingen en geeft een supportmail......mail gestuurd ,maar GEEN respons. Dit wordt een dure investering voor........Kunnen ook niet langer via de app fabrikant contacteren....opeens?? Ongelooflijk.

I have 2 micro inverters failed on my system recently, - the system has been running faultlessly since date of install in 2013. trying to get support to fitting and replacing the inverters is a nightmare, support does not seem to exist. Help!!
