Hi Oomesh, I am very sorry to hear about your frustrating experience and the difficulty you’ve had reaching us. We sincerely regret that the setup of the biometric function on your winder has not been smooth, and that our communication fell short of your expectations. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. I would also like to kindly ask for the chance to help resolve the issue. Our team can guide you through the setup process, provide a replacement if needed, or ensure a fast resolution that restores your confidence in us. If you’re open to it, please reach out directly to Freddy Boone at [email protected] so we can give your case immediate attention.
