Service was fine and I find the product to be very beneficial in getting a good night’s sleep.

I was really looking forward to trying this CBD oil. I had tried another brand using a vape pen and it helped me some but it killed my lungs. I need something to at least take the edge off of my chronic pain and anxiety. I spent almost $150 for the strong oil because I am desperate for some relief and unfortunately, this did nothing for me. Also, the flavor was pretty bad but that wouldn’t have kept me from using it if it had worked. I hope others get some relief because I think this is a good company—I feel so stupid for spending so much money for a product that didn’t work for me. So, future customers: maybe don’t spend a bunch of money to start with like I did. 🤷‍♀️

*******see update below I have been using CBD topicals for about year now for neck and lower back problems. I wanted to go up to something that was higher strength, so I did a bunch of research and decided on Endoca's Body Butter in 1500mg. It is horrible!!! My first issues started when I opened the box and found that it needs to be refrigerated. Nowhere in the description does it tell you that, but it arrived with a cold pack and the label states it needs to be refrigerated so that's a pain. Then there is the scent. The ingredients listed make it seem like it would have a cocoa butter vanilla scent, and It does in the jar, but once you put it on there is an underlying scent that is very unpleasant. I don't think it's the CBD oil. None of the other CBD products I've used had it and I was using one that has 1200 mg in it. The cocoa scent fades, but the unpleasant one never does, which brings me to the last and biggest problem. This DOES NOT ABSORB INTO THE SKIN. I've used body butters before and have had some that left a residue, but most absorb after a short period of time. This one doesn't - at all. No matter how much I try and rub it in, it sits on my skin and makes my clothes and hair stick to it. I tried it my neck and my hair just stuck to it. On my lower back, my shirt stuck to it. Wiping it off didn't get everything, so I needed to shower it off. The return policy states you can't return anything if it's been opened or used and it has to be done within 14 days. I don't have an issue with the time, but if there was any concern about customer satisfaction, then they would accept returns on opened items. How do you know you like it or if it works if you can't open or try it? Since I haven't been dissatisfied with the other CBD topicals I've tried, I didn't expect a problem. Now I wish I had never ordered from them and will never order from them again. This is honestly the worst topical I've ever tried. ******************** Update - This rely from Endoca is ridiculous. As of today, I have not heard from ANYONE at Endoca - and to say that the balm will eventually be absorbed is not only ludicrous but inaccurate. 30 minutes should never be required to absorb a topical - and in my experience - 30 minutes or hours - this stuff never absorbs. This reply also states that the product is not self stable, something not mentioned at all on the website so clearly the company is misrepresenting this product. The lack of contact shows the lack of care for your customers Endoca, and the lack of the information on self stability on your website is dishonest at best and fraudulent at worst!

It's a little hard to submit a single review for both a product and a company, so I'll just average things out to a 4. Overall service was excellent, and I have high confidence in the quality of Endoca as a provider. In terms of medical effect, I saw minimal improvement in my long-term chronic neuropathic lower-body symptoms (tingling, numbness, etc) over the course of 20 days, the primary motivation for my interest in CBD research. On the other hand it did seem like some of my allergies improved modestly, so I feel somewhat optimistic that there's value to continued experimentation over the course of the next year.

Pay for the quality and won’t regret it.

I don’t normally give bad reviews but in this case. Started taking CBD oil from endoca 2 yrs ago. It was the most expensive online. There’s a reason for that. After 3 weeks of taking it,it’s obvious that it’s doing something. So two years down the line. I’m a different person,hardly any pain,better mentally and I just feel great. It’s not a miracle,but it’s as close as you can get. I have told everyone I know about their products ,even my dogs have it now. Best product in my opinion,but then everyone has one. Try it,I promise you will NOT be disappointed.

I'm in my 12th day at 3mg each morning and 6mg on days when I have extreme pain, 3 mg morning and 3mg late afternoon. Pain is definitely less. Also Notice: Fewer night bathroom trips More calm Mentally more clear Overall I am thrilled
