Hi David, I'm sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the results. Using the up-titration method, many of our customers have been able to find their CBD sweet spot. Due to the nature of CBD and hemp, everyone experiences different effects from different doses, as everyone is as unique as this product. It may be that you personally need more than 15mg of CBD, as this is the dosage per gum. It also depends on what you are using CBD for, and what results you are after. Hi Miranda, I'm sorry to hear that you were not 100% satisfied with your product. We understand that keeping our products as close to nature intended as possible means that flavour and consistency can take some getting used to, however we always advise using organic honey for those that need to mitigate the flavour of their oil, or in your case, you may try using empty capsules from your local pharmacy to dose with. This way you'll be able to dose how you need, and bypass any need for sublingual administration. Using the up-titration method, many of our customers have been able to find their CBD sweet spot. We certainly understand that our oils are not to everyone's taste. This is because we leave all of our products as close to nature intended as possible. We DO NOT add, - Flavours - Preservatives - Perfumes - Synthetic components - Anything unnatural Which often means that our product have a very unique flavour. However, many of our customers have found using high grade organic honey or food grade essential oils to be very effective in mitigating the flavour of their CBD oil.
