Hi Ellen, I'm sorry to hear that you're not wholly satisfied by your experiences. We recommend starting on 1 drop three times a day, and working your way up gradually to make sure that you do not overshoot your CBD sweet spot. However when it comes to CBD, everyone's threshold/sweet spot is different. Some people find they only need smaller amounts whereas others with more serious health conditions like yours may need much more. Our CBD + CBDa (RAW) products are most likely better suited to your needs, as CBDa has been found to have incredible anti-inflammatory benefits which many inflammation sufferers have said that the difference between using just CBD or CBD+CBDa is like night and day. This means you don't need to use more oil for the same mg amount as 1 or 2 drops can provide with our products. Think of it this way - when you buy a coffee like a latte or a cappuccino, you're still getting the same amount of caffeine as you'd get in an espresso - It's just that there is more that dilutes the active ingredients in the product. So by ordering a latte, you're getting the same as you'd get in an espresso, you'd just have to drink more of it for the same caffeine effect! Hi Gary, I'm sorry to hear that you have not experienced the results you were after. When it comes to CBD, everyone's experiences are as individual and unique as the person that takes it. I can see that you tried our 1500mg RAW product, and were fully refunded for your purchase for the Viabill issues that you faced, however there is no order for the 1500 decarb. It may be worth mentioning that we have higher percentage products in our pastes that go up to 30% CBD - so the 15%, while it is very strong for some, is in fact really the medium choice between our 3% products and 30% paste. In any case, we'd love to hear back from you regarding how you were dosing dosing, how regularly, and ay other information that may help us help you get the most out of your product.
