Hi Kendal, Our CBD is highly concentrated, meaning that you have to take less of the oil, to have the same effects as say a 30ml bottle of the the same mg amount. We always advise to start on a low dose and slowly increase it week on week. Starting with one single drop which equals 5mg of CBD, and increasing by one drop every few days will allow your body to get used to the CBD, and find the dose that feels right for you.
