Exceptional service from the lovely Allison who managed to turn around a terrible experience I had previously with a similar company and provide exceedingly good value and allow me to feel safe in my purchase. Hats off to her for her kind nature and helping me feel like she had my best interest at heart! I appreciate this more than you knowThank you.

Endless Luxury advertised 5 nights in…
Endless Luxury advertised 5 nights in Maui for $399. They offered true hotel options with all the amenities. When I tried to book my travel no hotels came up. Only villas with no true hotel amenities. We are very flexible on dates. I tried everything. Ended up having to call customer service to see if they could accommodate. No luck!! Ended up asking for a refund. Disappointing.

Hi Juliette, We’re sorry for the frustrating experience, and we appreciate you giving us a try. Hotel inventory in Maui can change quickly, and during peak periods our system may surface villas before traditional hotels when partner availability is tight. We want to take a closer look at your search to see what went wrong and explore date or property alternatives that match the amenities you expected. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your preferred dates and any confirmation details so we can investigate and help. We hope to earn back your trust on your next getaway. Best regards, Endless Luxury Support Team

Not the bargain originally expected
First of all can I say the customer support team are very good its just the products thay are selling that dont live up to expectations. The original advert suggested we would be saving several hundred pounds if we signed up to the membership system and went on a trip to the Lake district. It did say that because of the huge savings the exact hotel would not be revieled until the booking was made but then the choice offered was far different from the ones suggested. Booking this break cost us a total of £179. The same location at the same time is available on other websites for £262 and whilst this is a saving it is not the sort of saving the original advert suggested. I then looked at the hotels they had to offer in southern Spain where we are going in a couple of months, 4 out of the 5 hotels we will be staying at were more expensive with Endless Luxury that other Hotel search websites. Have now cancelled my membership

Hi Guy, We’re sorry to hear that your recent experience did not meet your expectations. While we’re pleased you found our customer support team helpful, we understand your disappointment regarding the savings and hotel options. Our offers are based on live availability and negotiated rates, which can vary depending on travel dates, demand, and location. Please provide us with your email and activation ID, or you can send this information to [email protected] so we can assist you directly. We would love the opportunity to restore your confidence in us and help you enjoy the kind of getaway you were hoping for. Best regards, Endless Luxury Support Team
