We booked two holidays one on the Gold Coast and one in the Maldives spent $6000 getting to the Maldives via Singapore turned up in male and our reservation was cancelled. No notification absolute devastation thank God for the hotel looking after us and when we contacted endless luxury which is endless pain not endless luxury they said oh sorry we cancelled your booking and forgot to tell you what a nightmare this whole company is a sham please anyone who is booked through here any reviews are a positive will be fake 100%. 24 hours later and they still haven’t contacted the hotel.

This company are complete charlatans!! I couldn’t get into their portal. Every time I put in my email address and password it kept bringing me back to the same page, asking for my email address and password. I have sent them emails with no response. DO NOT USE THEM🙁

Endless Luxury > Emerging Travel Inc. AVOID THIS DECEPTION I booked a reservation on Instagram with Endless Luxury for a stay in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I made a reservation for early October. I needed to change my reservation, and I received no response back from Endless Luxury or Emerging Travel Inc. I sent a message to Endless Luxury on their website…no response. I called Emerging Travel Inc. four times and each time I was transferred to a voicemail box. Never did I receive a call back. Ended up going to my original reservation at the Steamboat Springs Hilltop Resort and it was a run-down property. The room was old with twin beds! They charge an additional $16 per day to use their amenities, which are very forgettable. There was hardly anyone there. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Once they have your money they do not care. They do not disclose anything upfront. IT WAS A TOTAL RIP OFF! Endless Luxury is certainly a MISNOMER! I ended up not staying and going to a friend’s condo in Steamboat.

This is a total scam! I just tried to book my vacation and after numerous attempts to sign in, changing my password, speaking with customer service several times and being hung up on numerous times when I tried to get through, now they are coming up with numerous reasons to stop me from making a booking. There is nowhere in the paperwork that it says you have to book 30 days in advance. The hotels that they show now are total dumps. If it seems too good to be true, it is. Save your money and book with a reputable company.

This is a scam. After paying, the login doesn't work and we were unable to book. We reached out to customer service, who deflected, failed to support and refused to refund us.

I thought it was a scam on Facebook, so I made contact with Endlessluxury.com via Live Chat. So happy we chose QT at Newcastle. It was exceptional, better than we expected and great location! The room was fantastic, customer service excellent! It was my husband Rob's birthday getaway. On arrival the room had balloons and 2 delicious macaroons. How lovely was that. Friends of ours visited us at QT and have now booked through Endlessluxury.com for November 2026. Thanks, Jodie :)

Hi, we booked a three day trip to Pelican Bay RESORT on the sunshine coast nine days before i had a serious heart medical episode and rang the Resort in Caloundra to see if i could cancel because i had to have a heart operation. they said if i booked through them direct they would refund my money seeing i gave them 7 days notice. They said i would have to get in touch with endless luxurybecause they were the third party. i got in touch with them and told them the problem and they replied it was unrefundable & and could not rebook . i sent them several texts but they did not want to help me even though i had a medical certificate from the specialist I thought they might have taken a deposit but they took the lot.

I just checked to my hotel and checked out immediately. I was given an entry level, tiny studio apartment with view of a brick wall , no natural light and it was located between reception and a staircase. The room was tired and furniture chipped. When I signed up for Luxury Escapes I was charged twice and had to wait 5 days for this to be rectified. I demand a full refund of my initial purchase and the ongoing membership costs.. I now withdraw my authorization for Luxury Escapes to debit my account and insist any membership or subscription is cancelled. The product I was offered and paid for did not represent the accommodation that was booked for me. Regards Anna Goulding
