Please don’t use this firm, you will never get any sort of refund.
I was beginning to think this company was a scam. It seemed too good to be true, but it wasn’t until only ten days before my booking that the hotel received my correct details. I sent 22 emails until getting a satisfactory response. I will stick to Booking.com or Airbnb in fuuure.

Total scam
Total scam. I purchased a cheap hotel deal with them, and was never told that I would have an ongoing monthly charge. When I reached out to them, they told me they couldn't refund the "membership fees". After much pressure they agreed to refund one month (several months went by before I figured out where the charge was coming from). UPDATE: they told me they would now refund all that I’ve been charged. So I added a star to the review. I still think they are a scam, but I appreciate the refund.

The vacation was fine.
The vacation was fine.. but I cancelled the membership fees of 9.99 a month 3 months ago.. but they are still coming out of my credit card account

I bought a 3 day Palm Springs getaway
I bought a 3 day Palm Springs getaway. Tried to book dates I wanted 4 times. None available. Finally booked it way out 6 months... the company charges me $9.99 a monh until I actually complete the travel I, can't cancel before. I tried speaking with the help line with no response. I could've booked most hotels for way cheaper with all the additional costs. Stay away & use a reputable company!!!

Not the bargain originally expected
First of all can I say the customer support team are very good its just the products thay are selling that dont live up to expectations. The original advert suggested we would be saving several hundred pounds if we signed up to the membership system and went on a trip to the Lake district. It did say that because of the huge savings the exact hotel would not be revieled until the booking was made but then the choice offered was far different from the ones suggested. Booking this break cost us a total of £179. The same location at the same time is available on other websites for £262 and whilst this is a saving it is not the sort of saving the original advert suggested. I then looked at the hotels they had to offer in southern Spain where we are going in a couple of months, 4 out of the 5 hotels we will be staying at were more expensive with Endless Luxury that other Hotel search websites. Have now cancelled my membership
