I’ve been wearing extensions for 5 years now. I’ve used a lot of the well known brands (Bellami, Hair Talk, Glamseamless, and more). I was so tired of these extensions thinning out prematurely and displaying uncontrollable frizz. I came across this brand because I’ve been wanted to switch over from tape ins to a tape in weft. When I got I first opened these they felt super soft and weren’t thin(they felt expensive and not cheap like some of the other brands I mentioned above). I wanted to wait a few washes before writing this review, because it’s easy for the extensions to seem nice upon unboxing but not maintain that feeling after a few washes. I’ve dyed these, used heat, and had them in for a few weeks, and so far they’re just as great! My mom also wears tape-ins and I’ve recommended these to her, as opposed to her current Bellami tape-ins.

Have tried writing a review 3 different…
Have tried writing a review 3 different times on their website but seems that they remove any review that is not favourable, which is very misleading to customers.
I paid a lot of money for this hair and I do feel disappointed in the quality. I’m a hairdresser & have in depth knowledge of Haircare. These extensions started looking dry a week into having them in. It’s now 3 months in & I have had to cut so much to keep them from looking crispy on the ends that there’s hardly anything left.
In my previous review I also noted that the tape was no good quality, single sided is extremely shiny and noticeable when the hair is up. The double tape the glue kept bleeding out onto my scalp. Bought a cheaper role to use and the problem went away.
Again, for the price I would expect good quality tape & for the hair to last longer than 3 months.

On the hair quality: the ends feeling dry after a week and needing significant trimming by month three isn’t what we expect. A few things can accelerate dryness on any human-hair extension (hard-water mineral buildup, alcohol-based stylers, high/close heat, leaving clarifying solvents on the weft during move-up), but we don’t want to guess. If you’re open to it, we’ll review your batch and make this right—inspection + replacement or store credit if we confirm a defect.
On the tape:
Single-sided shine when hair is up — we can swap you to our matte single-sided tabs or a micro-matte strip designed for high-exposure placements around the hairline and crown.
Double-sided glue creep/bleed — this often happens if a flat iron is too hot/held too long on the band, if a bit of remover/oils remain on the tab before re-taping, or if tapes are stored warm. We can send our low-residue, heat-stable tabs plus a short “de-shine + no-bleed” refit checklist (quick chelate, full dry, cool-press vs. hot-press).
If you’re willing, here’s a quick rescue routine that usually revives ends fast (and is safe for tape):
Chelate once (malibu-type or citric-based) to lift minerals/product.
Moisture mask mid-lengths/ends (no oils at the tabs), rinse cool.
Leave-in + heat protectant, then low/medium heat only.
Micro-dust just the outer veil if needed (1–2 mm) instead of a big trim.

The color is not matching between the website and the reality. Then the customer service is giving very bad advices (they adviced me to color the hair to be the same as mine) and when I did it it because much darker. At the end I cannot bring it back and they offer to reimburse me only 15$ . Horrible experience I waist my money

I am very disappointed by the color…
I am very disappointed by the color match. It was much more solid in person and did not match my own grown out, mixed bronde. I couldn’t return them after I’d already opened the hair and attempted to make it work. So it feels like a huge waste. Of course I should have returned it when I sensed it wasn’t right, but I was excited to try them and am new to this. I thought maybe it would blend after install but it didn’t. Also, the band is much thicker than anticipated and I didn’t find them comfortable. The hair was great quality but that is my only take away. I really wanted this to work out but will have to wait until I can afford to try again.
