Green SolarReviews of encorsolar.com

The time that has been taken to complete the job. Once the workers showed up to the house for an inspection without sending a message they were coming. That’s was fine after the dogs stopped barking being we just got off work at 3 AM and them showing up at 8 AM. Overall the pace of the job for the workers has been great just a better communication for being flexible on schedule basis. August 3 was the sign date for the whole project to begin I was told a good 45 days later the system would be complete. With the installation taking this long the first solar system payment and a 100% power company will be due .... every day the system is not up and running, it is costing my household money. Please hurry up and complete the installation.

So far so good! Solar panel installation date is set in just over a week so we’ll see how everything goes from there!

Encor Solar has been very helpful throughout the process. Dave has been available to answer questions I’ve had and explained step by step what was happening. Although the process has taken longer than expected, we are extremely happy with our decision to go with Encor Solar

Sales Rep was great and clear but the implementation crew was terrible. First day they were supposed to be there was a no call no show. Had to call to finally get someone out there and then they still did not show when they said they would. Day 2 they finally came out and no communication, just started drilling on the house. No introduction, no updates throughout the day, nothing. They then left the job unfinished with no updates once again. We then received a message saying that the job was complete when there were obvious signs that the job was not complete. they had not even wired up the system yet and conduit was just left laying on the roof unsecured to anything. A WEEK later someone finally came back to finish the job and still did not complete it. Said they would be back the next day and again no call no show. Had to call again to get him out there. Finally said he would be there the next day at 9. Again.... no call no show. He finally arrived around 2 with no update as to why they were late and the job was finally finished. What we were told would be a 1-2 day installation took 2 weeks.

I just started on 9/7/18 so I have not seen the bill yet with the solar system but installation and service I was very satisfied than you

I am new to solar power, but so far this experience has been effortless on my part and has saved energy over the past few months. My house is always in the top ten in the neighborhood when the electric company runs their energy efficient homes ratings. So far I am very pleased with solar power.

We had our system installed in November 2017 and the system has been down nearly the entire time. We have produced power only 17 days since install...an astounding 95% failure rate. The installers have been back to our house at least a half dozen times to "repair" the system including replacing the inverter panels with completely new ones. I am thoroughly disappointed with the entire process and wish I would not have made the SUBSTANTIAL investment.
