Placed 3-4 orders with enailcouture and first couple of orders were good. Next order they actually sent 1 set of tips that were not what I ordered but not that big of a deal as I liked the incorrect tips they sent. Then my final order was missing 2 tip sizes completely and been chatting with customer support over 2 months now. They claimed they sent the tips and to use the tracking number from the original order....so of course it says package delivered as it was the original order. Replacement tips should have been sent with new tracking.....Kinda fishy to tell me to track with previously used tracking number. Anyway still no replacement tips for missing ones. I suspect I will never see them even after jumping through their requseted hoops repeatedly. It's a shame as the sizes they didn't send are ones needed to be able to use the set. I do not plan on ordering from enailcouture again and would not recommend.

Hi Nelly, H 71 trying to learn new things. I saw Mike ESTRADA while I was on TikTok so much charisma he explained his product so well that I bought my lamp from him and then I bought one of their surprise boxes and I was truly surprise first of all the lamp is amazing. I love it, but the gift box was worth more than what I paid for. It had so many goodies that I want it, but I couldn’t afford it because I am on a budget. I’m trying to save up money so I could buy another goodie bag from him. It gave me a little bit of everything and the nails that came in the goodie bags were so good. I’m still using them. I love them. I’m learning and this is amazing. I love his products I asked my son how I could do a review and he just showed me how to do it.

If I could give them no stars I would. As an international customer and years buying the last few times were horrid. I was missing items they refunded as a store credit, after following their instructions I placed another order only for the store credit to not be added. After ignoring me for 9days they refunded me via store credit again knowing I couldn't use the one prior. So I now have hundreds of dollars in store credit but unable to use due to no option on their website. They could easily refund to OG payment or resend the items but they refuse and told me to contact their website provider. Disgusting customer service and really fraudulent activity. I have contacted scam watch etc and notified australian consumer DO NOT PURCHASE.

I am very disappointed with the customer service from eNail Couture. Part of my order was missing when the parcel arrived. I contacted customer service expecting some assistance or an investigation into what had happened. Instead, I was simply told to contact the delivery company myself. There was no attempt to help, no concern shown about the missing item, and no effort to investigate the issue from their side. I understand that shipping problems can occur, but customer service is judged by how a company responds when something goes wrong. In my experience, eNail Couture was unhelpful and showed little interest in resolving the problem. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend them.

The products are awesome. Missing item in order and received refund right away. Delivery was quick!! They have the best nail glue, hands down.

Zero customer service. Is there even any people running the operation? Phone disconnected, doesn't reply to emails and no honoring of special services stated on their website. Looking for alternative product else where.

I can’t speak for 2020 but in 2024 the shipping was fast. I received what ordered and he states on the site no refunds or exchanges. All sales final with all of that being said here is my review. I used enailcouture years ago & always remembered what I ordered as some of the best products I ever used but I wanted cheaper and overnight shipping and the ability to return it if I wanted so I shopped on Amazon for many years as doing my own nails was something I absolutely loved doing…. I then developed horrible painful allergic reactions to many of my purchases. I did research and finally came to the conclusion that I need hypoallergenic HEMA free products made in the U.S. & remembered enailcouture and ordered everything one would need to do nails of all kinds…. Guess what?! No reactions to any of it. No redness, itching, skin peeling, nail pain… wonderful products. Got them in a week. Great quality. Happy customer.
