I’m very pleased with Emptyoo’s commitment to fast and professional shipping. I’ve always been a worrier to international shipping and not knowing if there would be a good communication line open to their customers. But I found their emails and tracking highly ratable. I’ll continue to use their website

The box was damaged upon arrival. It is not the same structure as it is in the advertisement. Going to return n ask for my $348.00 plus tax money back! Very disappointed! One green grass rabbit is totally different from the other. Totally smashed in.

Saw on Instagram. Ordered multiple Easter products! Super easy. Excited to get them!

The type of products that you are selling. The price is expensive and for that reason I could not purchase more products. I would recommend to be more specific the options to purchase. For expample, the easter carrots that I purchased it is not easy to select assorted colors instead of only one color.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrific customer service. The item was five weeks late, arrived in terrible condition and broken. I’m ten emails in and can’t get proper responses. They blocked my ability to write a review on their website. Truly bizarre. I have never wrote a review before- don’t do it

Buyers beware this is a scam! They are stealing peoples money and not delivering the product. They sent me a tracking number and send that the product was delivered and nothing was delivered and now I cannot reach a single soul. Do not waste your money on this website they will steal from you..
