I usually don’t leave reviews. I ordered the tall ghosts. It took forever to deliver once I received. I could not believe I paid $80 super cheap!!! Even my kids laughed asking if I bought from Temu. It literally came with 2 cheap poles and balloons for me to blow up…. Such a joke

Notified item shipped when it had not. Refund requested not applied 10 days after they said it was refunded. Filed credit card claim.

The customer service is terrible. If your package gets lost, like mine did, you're out of luck and will likely lose your money. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them as they are neither reliable nor helpful.

SCAM WEBSITE: Terrible quallity, fire hazard. The lamps we received looks A LOT cheaper than the images online, and the lamp were not cheap. They are really poorly made, with exposed wires. They advertise 30 day money back guarantee, but when I contacted customer support, I had to argue back and forth for two months before they gave me the return adress, and the way they phrased their answear -staying that there was a really big chance the lamps would break in transit, and then they will not refund my money - makes me think that I will never get my money back. Also - their website says they are Australian, but the return adress they gave me is in China. Will never buy from them again, and I advice others to stay away.
