Well I tried calling, and no one answered, plus the mailbox was full. Also, I live in Alaska, and I had to pay international shipping charges which isn't fair as we are part of the 50 United States the last time I checked. Amazon is free shipping here. I also tried to sign up for the % off with my email and your site wouldn't take any of my emails. Now I am waiting to see what the quality of you are items are and how they take to get here.

I was not able to apply my promised 10% reduction. It went straight to pay and Pay Pal without ever giving me a chance to use the promised 10%
