Great costumer service

Fast response from customer service, yet not resolution oriented. I only received one order out of the three-month subscription which did not fit. Haven't received my second order in almost two months. Every time when I contact customer service, it suppose to be coming.

The nimbus N9° Is by far the best lingerie I have ever received. I was torn about continuing my subscription to receive these undergarments as I have been becoming more enlightened on the fashion industries effect on the environment and also humanity. When I opened the box that was sent to me, I was instantly impressed with the quality and fit, but faced guilt.... until I read the beautiful card sent with it explaining that the fabric was made from ORGANIC BAMBOO (a renewable sustainable resource) .I truly appreciate Every effort empress mimi takes to become a more sustainable company and I would really love to see more sustainably made products like this one. Empress mimi continues to impress me with a quality fit, unique design, and top notch customer service.
