Great experience as a respondent!
I recently participated in one of Emporia Research's studies and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I was selected, their processes were incredibly smooth and easy to follow. The research session itself was engaging, and their team's communication and follow-ups were excellent. Highly recommend participating with them!

Be aware, they don't pay
Completed a reserch but not getting paid yet. Most likely it's just a scam.

Not paid for completed study
Completed a study, reached the final completion screen, and 3 weeks later still haven’t been paid. Support replied once asking for details, I provided them immediately, and then they stopped responding completely despite follow-ups. Very disappointing experience. Poor communication and no sign of the promised payment.

The topics are interesting and thoughtful, and it feels good to be able to share real feedback that can help companies improve their products, services, and overall customer experience. The platform is easy to use, communication is clear, and the studies are generally well organized and engaging. It’s been a genuinely positive experience overall.
