I have successfully resolved my previous issue with Emporia based on their cooperation.

I have been participating in surveys and interviews with Emporia/Polis for a several years now. My primary job functions in marketing but I have an additional LLC that supports many job functions at many companies. As such, I've qualified for a variety of surveys/interviews, allowing me to rack up a nice amount of incentives. Up until now, the process has been great! However, I recently tried claiming rewards and it appears my account has gone under investigation. My account is on hold and I've received no communication. I've reached out to support several times with no follow up. I hold this company in high regard and have really enjoyed completing surveys and interviews. It has actually made me better at my job, being aware of new offerings and providing feedback to products that are in the development stage. I will follow up on this review to share the result of this issue. UPDATE9/14: The team mentions my account is under review to verify survey responses, it has been several weeks now and I've asked for updates, but no response.

Emporia Polis has been a great platform overall. The surveys are interesting, and the experience has been positive. The only downside is that some surveys require a lot of information before determining whether you qualify, which can be a bit time-consuming. Other than that, it's a reliable and worthwhile platform.

Emporia is a great company! The surveys are engaging and cover a wide variety of interesting topics, and I really appreciate the incentives they offer for participating. The staff is also incredibly friendly and does a great job matching you with surveys that align with your interests and preferences. I’ve had a very positive experience with Emporia and would definitely recommend them!

Emporia is always honest and upfront about whether you qualify. Never feels like I am being pointed in a direction like other companies.

I've really been enjoying my experience with Emporia Research. Not only have I had the opportunity to participate in research projects that align with my professional interests, but many of the studies challenge me to think strategically and critically about real-world topics, which is surprisingly fun. On top of that, the rewards are fantastic. I've earned plenty of gift cards that have gone toward family gifts and a few much-needed items around the house. And let's be honest, getting Amazon gift cards never gets old. People always say, "Don't spend it all in one place," but with Amazon, you literally have to. Thankfully, that one place seems to have everything from light bulbs to last-minute birthday presents! Emporia Research has been a rewarding, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable experience.

Though a few surveys presented will allow for a participant’s eligibility, many surveys exclude a participant immediately after entering information about one’s mature age, even when employed full time with unique business experiences.
