I recently had a very positive experience purchasing a Parrot Sequoia gimbal and batteries from Copterlab. Although I initially encountered some technical issues, their helpful customer support went above and beyond to resolve them. When I contacted them about a problem with the +5V BEC converter, they responded right away and walked me through troubleshooting steps, even providing a detailed wiring diagram. I appreciate them taking the time to try to fix the issue before sending a replacement part. Copterlab also candidly admitted an incorrect battery capacity recommendation, and promptly issued a refund for one battery to make up for it. Their willingness to acknowledge and address their mistakes impressed me. While providing excellent technical guidance, support remained patient and professional even when I became frustrated. They focused on finding solutions, not blame. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Copterlab's responsible approach and commitment to making things right. I didn't read any of these reviews until after I had already finished the process, so when I did, I panicked a little. I'm moving states and have been applying to places and finally found one I loved. The rental company did a whole "pet screening" application process, and since one of my dogs now has an ESA letter through Emotional Pet Support & is a restricted breed at the complex I was applying for, it was the first time I had provided the housing letter. Part of the screening process was the company reaching out to the doctor who wrote the letter to verify it. I was extremely nervous that it would come back as a scam, but everything went off without a hitch. The screeners were able to contact the doctor to verify the letter and all is good. Before I got notification that the pet screening was complete and my pup was approved, I had emailed customer service for EPS asking about them reaching out to the doctor, can she verify the letter, etc. I was emailed back within minutes answering all of my questions. So far, I'm very happy with my experience. They've allowed me to keep my pup who helps me through all of my panic attacks and depressive episodes. Of course I was 100% honest in the exam, and didn't exaggerate or anything like that. My dog is genuinely my support most days, so being able to keep her with us despite her breed is something I am thankful for!

After they did my accommodation form, they followed-up with this reviewing platform.
