The staff was helpful in sending information to my apartment management

Delivered my certification in the time promised. I was able to rent a condo that did not allow pets because of this certification.

The process is very easy and I got my certificate in a matter of hours! This was very helpful for me bcs I was in a rush and moving into a new apartment, I was going to be charged a fee and thanks to this I didn’t have to.

Prompt professional service as promised.

They helped me in such a timely manner, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I will be sending my friends and family this way. Thank you so much! Took so much stress off moving.

I was able to answer a few questions and I got approved right away! I chose the express option and within an hour I already had the letter emailed to me! I also got the hard copy in the mail 2 days later! Saved my cat from having to leave me !

Guided through the evaluation process step by step with fast response and results.

Always a smooth process and I have used this company for two years.
