I received the housing letter very quickly, and the after-sales service was excellent. EPS responded to emails very promptly and efficiently resolved issues. My assigned therapist did a great job filling out the forms required by the apartment and completing any additional notarization requirements. The whole experience was excellent, and I'm very grateful.
