Paid for a letter for my land lord. Got said letter, turns out the doctor isn't licensed in my state even tho he said he was. Had to give up my dog and I'm out $160. Do not waste your time or money.

Dealing with this company has been a fiasco. When we received the first packet the dates on everything we're 2023 not 2024. We paid for two packets one for my husband and one for myself. It took them forever to figure out that the order was for two different people. When they sent the corrected packet for my husband reflecting 2024 dates, they never sent my packet along. I'm not even going to bother to attempt to fix this. I will leave it as a lesson learned, that this is a scam and I will be out a lot of money! Company response states I did not reach out to the to have this corrected. I did reach out to your customer service on numerous occasions and your company FAILED to correct the errors.

My landlord revoked my esa because they tried to verify with the doctor and she won’t answer calls or has a voicemail box set up.

Scam - They use ads saying an emotional support animal can be taken into grocery stores and restaurants. Only service animals trained to perform a task sre allowed in these places. Emotional support animals are NOT service animals and do not have the same exemption. The only thing an ESA allows is to have a pet in your rental when the landlord says no.

EDITING Review to note that I was provided a refund AFTER filing a formal complaint with the BBB who reached out to them. I attempted to get an ESA letter from them. While they most certainly did provide me with one it was clearly a fraudulent letter and a scam. The doctor wasn't even using a professional email address it was just a gmail account. Secondly, the doctors letter head had a typo on it and when I pointed it out she cancelled me in the "System". System is in quotations because its clearly a fake system they built. Additionally, the address on the doctors letterhead was a residential address tied to nothing not even a PO box (Which they claim is what he was working out of). The address on the letterhead are tied to a residential address, a tire shop, and a vitamin shop (All verifiable). I work in customer service, and the CS rep Sarah, was EXTREMELY rude. She refused to answer my questions and got passive and rude when I pointed out there was a typo on the letterhead.Additionally, she cancelled in their "system" once I asked for further verification that the doctor was legit. You can see in any one of these replies from the business that they are fake because of how they defensive they are. A real business apologizes for a poor experience and rectifies the situation. It doesn't go on the defense and blame the customer. If it IS the customers fault they at least show empathy. Also note that when they "refund" you and "remove" you from the system the customer service rep cannot be found any longer. They stop responding. This business is running a fraudulent medical scam. To their comment back and flagging me as an illegal review, if people are coming to trustpilot to "attack their reputation" maybe it's a reputation worth attacking. I am being so adamant about this because I want to help people not make the same mistake I did. I have proof of everything I'm saying, which I have provided.

We've fully refunded this client. This is also a word-for-word, copy-and-paste attack and not a genuine review, it's directly from their BBB attack (not a genuine complaint). Refunds unfortunately take a couple of business days to process, but this client didn't have any patience for that. It's also unfortunate that people don't come to review us fairly on TrustPilot unless they're trying to attack our reputation with as much as effort as possible.

Can verify that this company is a scam. I paid for PSD dog certification but the airline has rejected it saying the dog training organization listed does not provide task training for service animals.

This person can't verify such a claim. As always, we always do and always will initiate full refunds to all clients that are dissatisfied with our services This way, our clients have absolutely nothing to lose on their end, unfortunately we're sometimes attacked with false claims anyway.
