Hi AK! Thank you for the review! We apologize for how you feel about the ID card, there may have been some fading caused by one of the printers being low on its color supply. If you'd like us to redo the ID card at no extra charge, do let us know. We can do that if the ID card has any damage, smudging, or is faded.
