This is standard protocol for all people, we can't do much on our end if we don't have any data or records on you. We don't mean to disappoint you, it is very likely you bought from one of our competitors and have mistaken us for them, we're sorry about this.

Very sorry that happened. May we ask what made this be a 1-star review and how we can do better next time? Did you not receive the mail if you ordered it to be mailed or you couldn't print it or access the documentation online? Just in case, could you check to see if this was with Emotional Pet Support and not one of our competitors?

Hi Nancy, we have sent you your documentation via email several weeks ago and have tried having the paper copy sent via USPS standard mail as well, we're not sure how it's not arriving to you. Please understand that we have no reason to just play around with the mailing of your documentation specifically to just frustrate you. We do care about fulfilling your requests because all clients and cases are treated with the same level of urgency and responsibility and at times USPS does fail to deliver mail, it happens and it gets returned back to us if it does fail. We are not USPS, so we don't know why they have failed to deliver your mail. It is possible the address you've provided has recipient issues on USPS's end or something on the address was entered wrong.

Hi Denise, we apologize that you feel that way about your specific letter. We see that the letterhead of your letter indeed did have the phone number on it. On our documentation, the phone number field is the series of numbers following the "O: " - so for example, "O: 123-456-7890". The "O", field represents the "Office Phone Number". We can gladly give you the phone number if you weren't aware of this. All of our providers also do complete verification forms and take verification phone calls to validate our documentation.

Hi James, sorry to hear about that. Can you email our support team for that tracking number request. We've had many issues with USPS when we mail out orders. Mail sometimes doesn't make it to its destination or is returned to us because something wasn't right with the recipient's address. It's a very common occurrence and we do not physically ship products to our patients, we rely on USPS to do that and there have been many occurrences of mail failing to arrive to its intended destination.

Hi Eydie, our apologies. That is a processing fee for our documentation to be mailed again since we processed it and mailed it to the other address that you provided. For anyone reading this review, please remember to use the address that you want to have your mail mailed to when you place your order and not the address that you don't want your mail mailed to.
