Got the bikes fast. that was great. No instructions on how to put the bike together, not so good. Not getting a reply when I emailed for printable instructions, really not good. It is a good thing my son is a mechanic and has his own tools as the tool kit that is part of the kit is not appropriate or useful. Please keep in mind that not everyone has a "smart" phone and are unable to "scan" the QR code for the instructions. Please make a copy available on your site in PDF or other printable format. Pro Tip: for those that are DIY, you will need a metric wrench set (8-17mm), metric hex key(Allen wrench) set,box cutter/knife, side cutters, vise grips/pliers, small Phillips (P1) screwdriver and a 3/8 blade flat tip screwdriver.

I was pleased for the most part, but the led light I bought came with no box, and no instructions for assemble, so I had to guess my way, search google, and get help from friends to assemble. The surfboard racks, the metal latches fell off so weren’t secure. This happened even before first use. We clamped them tighter, but made me question the quality. That said, shipment came fairly soon, and owner emailed personally with order, letting me know if I needed any help moving forward, let them know. That alone made me happy with the order.

The bike is good quality for the price. It is not as stable as I expected. It was missing some bolts to hold the brake calipers on and pedals were missing. Contacted Emojo but they were no help. Unable to get someone by phone or email for support.

The ordering process was quick and easy. The box was shipped quickly and well packaged. Only gave 3 stars because there were no installation instructions and there were two screws missing.

Not sure how to review at this point. Email communication with Kevin has been awesome. The web sight is great, ordering process is good, nothing has shipped as yet "been a week" so no feedback on the product can be given at this point.

I had no problem ordering the forks. But delivery is slow. It has been days that a label was made but ups has not received the package.
