Emojo Electric BikeReviews of emojobike.com

I purchased the tricycle for my kids and I. Later less than 6months after, I sent this email to the company. I was just in an accident with the Bull Trike with my children on the back. I was going up a small grade and it toppled me over BACKWARDS, clotheslined me and launched me to the ground behind me. I am only mentioned this cause I followed all the standards and regulations for this bike. My kids even meet the weight requirements and under by quite a lot. The counter balance on this bike needs to be fixed or someone let alone a child will be killed by impact of how fast I went over backwards while going uphill. Thank God my kids had helmets on yet this was not only a slight mistake in misjudging the capabilities of the bicycle but also a huge safety concern for the design of this bike as it is directed toward families with children. Yet the design itself puts children in danger. Children cannot even be on the bike without the front wheel pulling up due to weight distribution. It makes no sense... and then this accident happened where I was just launched because of the lack of counter balance and no weight in the front. I included a photo of the hill. It is LESS than approximately a 5% grade. I hope you can recommend something I can do with this design to make it safer for my children and I. I received no response. The ONLY reason this is a two stars is cause I genuinely liked the idea and the bike was a freedom I never had, just the design flaw was not a good introduction to the ebike world.

The bike is not designed for durability. Everything on the bike is loose and has to constantly be tightened. The fender design is ridiculously pathetic. The connections to the fender come off every time you're driving it. I'd rather get a ride bike. They look much more solid

Assembled the bike and battery was inoperable. Poor written assembly instructions. Called the battery problem in Friday and no help. Back all day working with Emojo trying to get a new battery coming. No one returned any of my comms- emails or voicemails. Quality of the trike seems good with exception of the battery but can’t fully test it. Very dissatisfied with the customer service trying to get a problem corrected. This should have been a 5 minute troubleshooting call and then quick follow up to get a replacement battery coming. Hope this is not a preview of future customer service if I have another problem.

The first thing which I ordered did not have the necessary bolt. They said that it would be sent but it never was. The second thing which I ordered online was out of stock and took more than a month to get. Their order system should be connected to inventory to alert buyers of backordered items before the order. The third item arrived in a timely manner. So 1 out of 3 orders went smoothly. Additionally, their responsiveness to emails has not been very good. Some of my emails took multiple resends to get a response.

Haven't received my battery yet. Problems with correct shipping address. Expect it to arrive soon. Will let you know.

For parts that they sell they have no instructions or torque specs for and they also forgot to send hardware for a purchased part

not professional at all to honestly say ! Sabrina was great, but the tech didn't do a nice job ! Any bike shop would have done a clean bike & well adjusted something you will have to fix 1- rear derailleur was unable to shift on the easy gear, skipping & skipping 2- the 2 wheel was covered with red grease spent over an hour to clean that grease & adjust the derailleur

SLOW SHIPPING - Ordered a product on 9/1 and it showed 2-3 business days for shipping (free shipping). It's 9/9 and the tracking has barely been generated.
