Ivan was exceptionally helpful on our order. While it took a while to receive the items, Emma Mason was up front on the time frame. Their White Glove delivery service was also excellent, well worth the small extra charge. The three shelving/wall units are exceptional quality and the pricing was very competitive, actually the best price of all the stores we researched. Thus, great quality units delivered along with excellent customer service provided by Ivan.

The first dresser was damaged during shipping and also had flaws in construction. The second dresser had been repaired but was not that noticeable so I accepted. However, the second dresser had the same flaw as the first, which was an extra saw cut in the top support. It had been partially filled with putty. The dresser rocks back and forth and one drawer doesn't stay completely closed.

I ordered two sofas on May 18th. Their pricing beats all the others for the specific sofas we wanted. We received our delivery yesterday June 2nd. The movers did an amazing job. The customer service was amazing and quick. I would buy again.

Absolutely DO NOT purchase from this company. I made the mistake of buying a nursery set over a month ago and haven’t received it yet. Customer service passes off communications to different specialists who can’t confirm details. It takes weeks to ship their products to another delivery company, which then takes weeks for them to “check” your order. Terribly disappointed that a company would treat an expectant mother this way. Bad business.

Note: This is my second order in five years. Pro’s: Nice quality furniture. Great customer support. Discounted pricing. The third-party delivery company was on time, courteous, and professional for “white glove” Con’s: When they give you an expected delivery time in “X weeks”, disregard the word “weeks” for “months”. Again, this is my second experience with Emma Mason within a 5-year time. I would certainly order again from them. But now, knowing that the delivery time is four times as long from their original quote, as this is a more accurate time-line to meet your expectations.

They picked up my product September 2025 which I purchased from them in May of 2025 (a year go) and I still have not received my money back and keep being told 'it's coming in the mail'. I'm filing a lawsuit against them to get my money back due to their negligence.

I believe I have been scammed by this company. If I ever receive the cabinet I paid $1,307.18 for, I’ll update my review. Customer service has been a nightmare, and keeps giving me false information regarding the status of my order. I would never recommend ordering from this nightmare of a company.

Terrible scamy company. Asked for money after order was placed. Showed in stock then they say 8 weeks to ship. Avoid.
