I’m on week 6. I’m down 21 lbs. No side affects. Not one. I know anyone is different but not one of the side affects for me. I love the support. I get a response within 8 hrs. That means a lot. I also like the Facebook page and reading others his and downs. I have a ways to go but feel good about the journey thanks to Emerge.

I struggled for a few years after having children and even though i worked hard with dieting and in the gym, I did not see the progress I wanted or felt I should have.
