What I especially appreciated was that the sales representative working with me 'listened' and 'heard' what my specific needs were and worked with me to the finest detail along with the Design Team! I was absolutely, positively satisfied with the beautiful soap box we created together as a team! I will definitely be ordering more from them!

I had some boxes made by Emenac and Natasha was great helping me. There was a lot of back and forth to Make sure product was what I wanted. They met pricing of other companies quotes. There was a slight smell from production process when I received them but it dissipated after airing out package.

After a horrible experience with a box company overseas, I was very cautious with working with another box company. Emenac was able to answer my questions very quickly via webchat and the manager Chris even called me to talk pricing. Once you get the ball rolling and know what you want, turnaround times are very quick in comparison to other companies. Communications is key.

I always get compliments for my moisturizer boxes, the designs always come out crisp and look very professional. And the support team helps me tweak my design until it's exactly the way I want it. I highly recommend this company!

As business is critical and timing is a major factor having a reliable company to work with makes the world of a difference. When starting a relationship with Emenack Packaging we initially had a slight discrepancy but the team was responsive and communicative and we were able to execute all our needs on time. This not only proved that they are dependable but certainly a company that you want to work with.

I initially had a relatively smooth experience when placing the order. However, our order was delivered to the wrong client, who kindly reached out to us regarding the error (and advised that they'd already had a poor experience, with Emenac missing their hard deadline). Emenac Packaging was not at all helpful nor responsive in rectifying the situation, putting the onus on the other client to re-ship the boxes to us, not offering any recompense, and ultimately missing our hard deadline, as well. It was a poor experience and I would not recommend working with them.
