Emenac Packaging USAReviews of emenacpackaging.com

Timely mockups, fair pricing, good communication and great products. Was just disappointed on how different a final product was from a 3D mockup. Something to note for future customers: the 3D mockup is NOT exact. Alvin was great to work with - super helpful and easy to communicate with.

I’m very happy with William as a representative. He is very helpful and extremely creative about solutions for our inserts. Four stars because the quality of the inserts are ok; I would like to see some options that are a bit more sturdy & don’t tear as easily, such as fluted or corrugated cardboard, but I’m having a hard time getting those. That is a reflection of the company though- William as a rep is great.

Working with Nancy to get our very custom boxes designed and manufactured was a pleasure. There definitely were some hiccups along the way with some misprints and delays, but she was with me every step of the way and worked with me to make sure I got the exact boxes I was looking for, for my business. The end product was amazing and we've been getting great reviews from our customers. Would definitely recommend working with her! Will be a return customer for sure.

I have had a solid experience thus far. The best part is no set up fees or additional charges. They did seem a little unorganized with accepting my payment method but everything worked out and I received my order fast. I have been working with Ethan and will order again. Oliver H. The finished project turned out nicely, however, there were issues. When I first started with Emenac on this project, I was working with a rep named Steve. After a short while he was replaced with Natasha, who handled the project to completion. Throughout the proof process there were numerous issues requiring the proofs to go back to prepress. Although everything was resolved it took considerable time to finish this project, considering my first conversations with Emenac were at the end of last year, 2016. Natasha tried to handle everything professionally and in a timely manner, it seemed to me like there were things happening out of her control. The last issue was the entire job was printed and it did not match the proofs, so it had to be completely reprinted. So there appears to be some communication issues in house at Emenac. Like I said, the finished product is nice, it just took a long time.

I had some boxes made by Emenac and Natasha was great helping me. There was a lot of back and forth to Make sure product was what I wanted. They met pricing of other companies quotes. There was a slight smell from production process when I received them but it dissipated after airing out package.
