Emenac Packaging USAReviews of emenacpackaging.com

I had a great experience working with Jeff on my Reverse Tuck Box project. He provided excellent support, clear communication, and outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly, and the packaging arrived safely as expected. Thank you, Jeff, for your professionalism and dedication! I highly recommend Emenac Packaging and look forward to working with you again on future projects.

This is my third order with this company, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Throughout the process, Collin has been unprofessional, and I have found his business practices to be manipulative. He has repeatedly attempted to increase the price of my packaging and suggested that I would need to pay additional fees to receive my order sooner. Despite requesting a refund multiple times, I have yet to receive either my money back or my packaging, which was supposed to arrive at the beginning of this month. As a business owner myself, I find this level of service completely unacceptable. I have been patient, but the constant delays, unexpected charges, and lack of accountability have made this experience incredibly frustrating. I strongly recommend staying away from this company. Based on my last experience, I would not trust them with another order.

I had a great experience working with Martin at Emenac Packaging! From start to finish, he helped me figure out everything from the size and material of my boxes to the actual design. He answered all of my questions, made adjustments whenever needed, and kept me involved throughout the entire process. One thing I really appreciated was how willing he and his design team were to make changes to get things just right. For example, I originally thought I wanted a cigar-style box opening. After seeing the first prototype, I realized it wasn't going to work quite the way I had envisioned. Martin worked with his design team to add a tab that would keep the box securely closed while still making it easy for customers to open and close as needed. It was exactly what I needed! Martin also took care of communicating with the design team, overseeing manufacturing, and handling all the little details behind the scenes. He sent me videos throughout the process so I could see how things were coming along and approve everything before moving forward. I never felt like I was left wondering what was happening with my order. He was able to provide EVERYTHING I was looking for, especially when it came to the price! I had a specific budget in mind, and he helped me get the packaging I wanted without sacrificing the design or quality. I started with a smaller order because this is a new product for me, but I will definitely be ordering a larger quantity in the future. The shipping process was seamless, and the finished boxes turned out exactly as I had planned. I really can't say enough about how easy Martin made this entire process. He handled so much of the behind-the-scenes work that I didn't have to worry about, which I especially appreciated while trying to get a new product off the ground. I look forward to working with Martin again!

Nancy was really helpful, and the final product turned out great. We will definitely be reaching back out to Nancy when it is time to reorder.

Nancy was a pleasure to work with and assisted me throughout the design process. She was very knowledgable, professional and responsive. Emenac produces high quality products at competitive pricing. I am very happy with the end result!

Ordered custom boxes. The process from inquiry, pricing and delivery was easy. Would highly recomment.

Alvin was fantastic to work with. If you've ever waited, wondering if someone was going to actually respond to you... that's not these guys at all! They're on top of it. Our boxes arrived ahead of schedule and without issue. We enjoyed working with Emenac so much, that we're turning to them again for stand-up-pouches for a new product. You won't beat their prices. But even if you did, the service from Alvin and team is more than worth it.
