Ember TechnologiesReviews of ember.com

Got the Ember Mug as Xmas present and really like the idea of it. The mug works and keeps my tea at the desired temperature. Unfortunately I always receive a small electric shock when touching the mug while it's on its charging plate. 2 weeks ago, I contacted their support but never got a response. The company behind seems to have no customer support.

I ordered the travel mug looks good when I Ordered it took my home bc address but I couldn’t update to my parcel locker? I emailed minutes later to support now the mugs been mmm sent to My home address bloody pathetic as I sent email changing address I’m Hardly home and now will get stuffed around by couriers? This mug better be good the company procedures suck? Got the mug today very nice but had to be stuffed around with the address thing? i wasn't home and i was afraid they would leave and get stolen so i redirected so whats out with this mob when you put address details in?

I love my mug. A must have for anyone who works at a desk

This company is soo complicated and they don't give a sh..t about there customers! First I wanna get my girl a ceramic mug for the valentine , but thanks to all reviews , I realized it was a bad idea as the product has a coating problems . So I decided to get the travel mug , I asked them if they can remove the price as it a gift and would be delivered directly to my girl , they said it wasn't possible!!!! Finally I decided to deliver it to my house then forward it to her to take out the price ! I made the order, and I went to sleep , the next day no email , no tracking info , I checked the website ! And I found that the order was cancelled. I sent them an email an 8 hours later no response! I tried the chat , and they was there ! Before you buy they respond in a minute ! But after they don t . They said that the system was confused about my location ( why a fu.... website would track my location ) !!! They said the system affect you electrical plug ( Eu/Us ) according to you ip location even if the delivery address is located in the US ! Anyway bottom of the line , these guys don t give a sh...t about the customer!
