After going the route of crowdfunding for various automatic litter boxes, and getting screwed, I decided I was done with that. I read quite a bit about the Elspet box and while I was a little nervous at first, I'm happy to say that so far, everything has worked out beautifully. So many of the automatic litter boxes depend on a rotating drum which can smear cat feces all over the inside of the drum and causing a pain to be able to clean. After having one of the major litter boxes for a while and dealing with them for a while, I got tired of that type of cleaning. For standard cleaning, all you have to do with this box is pull out the litter pan, dump the litter and refill it and you're good to go. Depending on how many cats you have, you'll need to do a deeper cleaning which involves a little more work but still not bad at all. I do recommend using a higher quality litter with this to prevent The clumps from breaking up as the rake passes through the litter I do highly recommend the Elspet box. The price is great and it works quite well.

I did tons of research and read reviews. I was skeptical due to the negative reviews but found other big companies had equally negative reviews so I decided to give this one a try. I have had the littler box for 30 days now of the 90 day free trial. I have not had any issues at all. It has been working great. No smell and I have not changed the original litter yet. I have added to it though. No problems with it sticking to the bottom as I had with the Litter Maid. I do mix in some regular litter with the clumping which may be helping with the sticking to the bottom (which was a big problem with the Litter Maid and why I bought the Elspet). I have checked the rake and it still appears clean and functioning well. The robot came with an extra rake as well. I change the bag twice a week which I don't mind because it is so easy to access.

Before emailing Elspet I was very concerned about the reviews I read here. Regardless I was having trouble with the poo not being cleared from cat box properly, so with low expectations I contacted them. They replied promptly, requesting a video which I sent them in reply. They instructed me very politely on how to deal with the issue. I also mentioned I had a broken rake, which they replaced free of charge. So in summary, this company is not a scam (as some have claimed) , they dealt with my issues, promptly, politely and efficiently. A special thanks to Suki

I have 5 inside cats with 3 regular litter boxes that I scooped 2 times a day. I finally decided to take the plunge and elspet is who I decided to try. It is a game changer for me!!! I dearly love my automatic litter box. I now have 2 of them. Thank you elspet!

I did some research on self-cleaning cat boxes. It was $$$ I looked at other models and reviews, and they were pricey. I love mine and I even got one for my mom who has outside cats, they come into the house in the winter. For elderly people, it makes it easier to use and better for health reasons. As we know older people and pregnant people shouldn't be messing with litter boxes. I love how easy it is to clean. I wish the steps were longer as my cat, still gets the litter on the mat. not a setback, I will never go back to the old way.

Absolutely love this! It does everything it says it claims, our cat loves it and we absolutely cannot smell anything. Husband says that he wishes we had gotten it sooner. Easy to use and more attractive than other litter boxes.

Great box for my cat, keeps the smell away and litter in the box. Customers service is pretty much no existent but box is great!!

I love this litter robot it has been a game changer. No more scooping everyday and no more smell!! I change the bag one a week and do a full litter box clean once a month. Both of my cats love it and were using it only 2 days after setting it up. I can’t recommend this litter robot enough it is well worth the money.
