We’ve had ours for just over a month. With 3 cats this thing has been a life saver! I don’t know why we didn’t do it sooner. It does take a little getting used to like how much cat litter to fill it with and how often the bag needs changed but it is 100% worth it.

I am very happy with the ease of ordering, the fast shipping and the overall product(s). I purchased the litter box and automatic waterer. It is so nice to not have to mess with scooping litter and my cats love it. They also are very happy with their new waterer. Great purchase price and kitty approved!!

I am thrilled with this product, my Pikachu is not a small cat, and he uses the litter box a lot. This product has made his litter habits easier to deal with as besides being big, he is very picky and wanted his box pristine at all times. It took a couple of days for him to get comfortable with it but now it is his gotta go to go to! Easy to empty. So glad I bought this!

I was skeptical about this litter box I'm not more I'm loving this litter box it's convenient and very useful to me and my cat he loves it getting a second kitten I love it no smell the U/V light work as advertised it cleans the litter very well it's a cats dream this is a winner and I recommend it don't wait run to get one 👍👍👍 definitely a 5 star product

So far so good, the unit is working as expected. There was a hickup about two weeks ago but then I realized I had overfilled with kitty litter and the unit wouldn't rake and kept sounding an alarm. Once I removed some of the litter, it has worked with no issues. The only time it smells is when the litter bag needs to be replaced which is about once a week. The last time I changed it I sprinkled some baking soda in the bag and that also helps with the smell.

So far, so good. I haven't had any problems with our ELS Pet. We've only had it about 3 weeks. I did have a little trouble when I first got it. It came with such a small booklet, i had to go onto the website, and print out a maual because it was such small print, i couldn't read it. My kitties seem to like it. I'm quite impressed with it.

I have 5 cats, age ranges 16 to 9 years, all rescues that have been using traditional litter boxes. Being older myself, I decided to purchase a self cleaning litter box. I bought an els pet box. Took about 5 minutes to set it up, took the cats about a week and they were using it. It was so easy to clean, literally 5 minutes and I was done. I decided to buy a second elspet box. Shipping was quick both times. And I loved not struggling with scooping traditional boxes. I probably didn't need a 3rd elspet, but I bought one anyway, especially when both were occupied and one of my cats decided she didn't want to wait and got in with one of the other cats. I love how easy they are to setup, I don't use as much litter as I used to. There's literally no smell. I love the fact that I can come down stairs and not smell stinky litter boxes. Here is an update on how things are going and also cleaning the box. I've had my first box for a little over a month. As with traditional litter boxes you eventually have to empty, clean and fill with new litter because after a while litter begins to stick to the box and stops clumping. This past weekend I cleaned the original box. I followed the steps, made sure the rake was clean, pulled out the bowl, dumped the old litter, wiped out the bowl, wiped the entrance, emptied the trap, put everything back together, filled with new litter. It took me about 20 minutes, no issues really the only thing I experienced is making sure the platform/step was in place. Other than that, pretty easy.
